This is the old B&O's Magnolia Cut-Off which is now owned by CSX. The train rounding the curve is in West Virginia at the moment. It will cross the Potomac River and pass though Tunnel Hill via Graham tunnel which is in Maryland. Exiting the tunnel it will again cross the potomac and be back in West Virginia
